After two months of delays, the chocolate factory and cafe will reopen its doors to customers.

Chocolate factory and cafe Monsoon Chocolate closed late June due to problems with air conditioning in their dining room, but good news — they announced the cafe will reopen on Wednesday, August 29.

That means you’ll be able to get back to your bon bons and avocado toast in a comfortable, air-conditioned dining room soon.

While the process of bringing the facility to operational standards to allow for public consumption took two months to complete, the chocolate bar and bread baking continued for wholesale accounts during the interim.

“The response we’ve gotten has just been so motivating,” owner Adam Krantz said. “It’s been the thing that’s kept us going.”

Operating hours will remain the same; open from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
