Winemaker’s Dinner at Proper With Carlson Creek Vineyards

On September 4, Carlson Creek Vineyards and Proper will host a winemaker’s dinner. If you’ve been itching to try Carlson Creek’s varietals paired with food, this is a great opportunity. Seatings happen at 6pm and 8pm and are $55 per person.

Robert Carlson III will be present to discuss the pairings. In true Proper style, check out what they’ll be dishing up:

First Course

Cucumber Salad w/Grana Padano, Heirloom Tomato, Olive Oil and Golden Trout Roe

Paired with: Carlson Creek Chenin Blanc

Second Course

Pickled Chanterelle Mushroom w/Rosa Bianca Eggplant Fritter, Hatch Chili Creme Fraiche

Paired with: Carlson Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course

Braised Lamb w/Spinach Pierogi, Carrot Caramel and Peppadew Puree

Paired with: Carlson Creek Rule of III

Fourth Course

Peach Ice Cream w/Poached Peaches, Carbonated Raspberry Jam and Maple Cookie Crumble

Paired with: Carlson Creek’s Sweet Adeline Riesling
