Fire ‘n’ Smoke makes a really delicious Mac ‘n’ cheese you should try! Me, I prefer mine plain, so I can taste that creamy, cheesy, intense flavor of the sauce, and theirs is served bare, no addons (though I do admit that you can never go wrong with bacon on anything, so I do need to try that soon). Plus, they make excellent, tender, flavorful, amazing ribs, so get some of those, too!

Good list! Also – don’t forget Sentinel Peak’s Mac n Cheese. They have 6 different options for loaded including tomato pesto, sriracha, buffalo chicken, and Hatch chiles. Yum!
