Hearty Healthy New Year Recipes – Chef Ashley Chen Demonstration Class

Keep your new year resolutions by making your healthy foods tasty too. Chef Ashley Chen will show you how to make candied roasted almonds, a hearty one-pot chicken cacciatore, arugula salad with fresh apples, goat cheese, and citrus vinaigrette, and for dessert, chocolate meringue topped with fresh fruit flavored with lemon zest and mint.

Chef Judith Baigent King will teach the final class in the series of three focused on taking the stress out of holiday entertaining. This one is focused on comfort food, which you deserve after wrapping up the season.

  • Sautéed zucchini with preserved lemon
