Red’s Smokehouse & Tap Room is collaborating with chef Travis Peters from The Parish for the Back Alley Southern BBQ 4:30 – 10 p.m. on Saturday, February 4 at Main Gate Square.

Guests can look forward to full gator and pig pit roasts, smoked peel-and-eat shrimp, southern-style veggies, sides, and more with additional wood grills and smokers on hand.

The event also features an Iron John’s Brewing Company Tap Table and brews from Dragoon Brewing Company.

A pint and all-you-can eat is $35.

Other activities include a bike show from Indian Motorcycle Tucson and a shirt booth from The Underestimated City.

On The Menu…Live! with Matt Russell will broadcast the event on 104.1 FM KQTH from 5 – 6 p.m. if you’d like to tune in.
