‘Bald Beauties Project’ Benefit Brunch & Bubbles (MENU)

The Bald Beauties Project is teaming up with Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar to host a benefit meal from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 22.

This year’s theme is brunch and bubbles, and is meant to celebrate and provide support for young cancer patients.

The Bald Beauties Project was conceived and created by Tucsonan Kelsey Taylor Luria during her treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Kelsey lost her battle in 2016, but the Bald Beauties Project carries on.

The brunch is also to celebrate Kelsey’s 21st birthday.

Tickets are $75 per person.

  • Main jumbo lump mini crab cakes
  • Colossal shrimp cocktail
  • Prime rib
  • Eggs benedict

  • California veggie scramble
  • Bacon or sausage
  • Brioche french toast

  • Mixed fresh fruit
  • Parmesan sourdough bread and croissants with artisan spreads

  • Walnut turtle pie bites
