It doesn’t get much more local than Brother John’s Beer, Bourbon & BBQ.
Opened by fourth-generation Tucsonans and UA alumni brothers David and John Aldecoa in 2016 in the iconic former Wildcat House on North Stone Ave, Brother John’s offers a variety of world-class barbecue, including brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and much more.
For you, distinguished Tucson Foodie followers and readers, the Aldecoa brothers have a deal that’s sure to get your meat-craving elitism pumping. In fact, Borther John’s chef Patrick Venzino learned from champion pitmaster, Mike Mills. He’s also know as “The Legend.” You can learn a little more about barbecue legend Mike Mills here.
For just $39 (and we don’t use the term ‘just’ lighlty), you’ll essentially be able to feed a family of four average-sized people.
$39 Tucson Foodie Feast at Brother John’s
- Five 1/4 pound samples of our smoked BBQ (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Hot Links & a choice of St. Louis or Baby Back Ribs)
- Three small sides up
- 4 beverages (soft drinks, tea, and lemonade)
Brother John’s is a scratch kitchen. Additionally, they offer one of Tucson’s most extensive whiskey selections, over 25 different tequilas, and 52 beers on tap.
Lastly, while you can’t get this deal delivered, Brother John’s is one of the rare birds that is taking care of their own delivery orders, so if you order, it goes right to them and you deal with them directly.
