Zinman’s Food Shop and Vegan Bistro has invited Spadefoot Nursery over for a “Buy a Plate and get a Plant” sale. It’s from 2 – 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 30.
The two local businesses are teaming up to promote Tucson’s biological diversity.
You can do your part by planting something new in your backyard. If you don’t have the space for the plant, you can donate it to someone you know or Spadefoot Nursery can plant it for you.
Plates are $8.75 per person, which includes a one-gallon native plant.
The dishes at Zinman’s Food Shop and Vegan Bistro are packed full of flavors influenced by Ethiopia, China, Louisiana, and the Mediterranean.
