You’re going to love this sweet and savory charcuterie board! The class will begin with dipping strawberries and other treats into chocolate before creating meat roses, cheese hearts, and cutting fruit flowers. When you’re done with your boards, you’ll toast to your success with a champagne cocktail demonstration and tasting!

Cost: $80

Students 21+ and over are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please check out the BYOB policy for more details.

  Citrana is a Sour. Brewed with traditional coriander, salt, and cardamom. It’s citrusy, refreshing and a great introduction into sour beers in general

  A collaboration between Chef Maria Mazon and Borderlands Brewing Co. This sour is refreshing and explosive with fresh tangerines.
• Sweetheart Sour

On their own, buttercream rosettes are a gorgeous way to decorate a cake, but when you ombre (gradually lighten the tint) the rosette layers, the results are stunning.
