Urban Pita to open a brand-new location on the east side

For those living on the east side, it’s sometimes an undesirable trek to downtown — especially with you’re hungry.

Therefore, fans of downtown’s Urban Pita oughta be excited because the restaurant is opening a brand-new location at 6320 E. Golf Links Rd. #B130.

The expected opening date is early 2023 with the month of February in their sights. Plus, in the coming years, the team behind Urban Pita is planning to open spots on the northwest side and south side.

Meanwhile, pay a visit to its original location at 345 E. Congress St. #135. It’s not too difficult to find parking either because the restaurant is actually located right beneath a large parking garage.

If you’ve never been, they’ve got excellent Mediterranean cuisine with a side of affordable prices. Appetizers, meat pockets and puffs, sandwiches such as gyros and shawarma, a variety of combo plates, and Mediterranean salads are what you’ll find on the menu.
