NOTE:I will offer a variety of hands-on wellness experiences designed to in
 troduce participants to natural health practices in an approachable and en
 gaging way. Planned offerings include mini acupuncture treatments\, herbal
  salve-making workshops\, guided medicinal plant walks exploring the uses 
 of local botanicals\, and short yoga sessions focused on movement\, relaxa
