16th Annual VailFest

The Greater Vail Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that the 16th Annual VailFest will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Pima County Fairgrounds. This family-friendly festival promises a full day of entertainment, food, shopping, and fun for the entire community.

VailFest is back and bigger than ever, featuring:

• Over 14 food trucks serving a variety of delicious cuisines to satisfy every palate
• Raffle prizes, including Roadrunner hockey tickets and Jersey
• Live music and entertainment throughout the day
• A festive parade featuring many of Vail's High School Homecoming Courts - come support our students and community! The parade will also include local dignitaries such as Senator David Gowan, Representative Lupe Diaz,  Supervisor Steve Christy, Mayor Tom Murphy, Councilwomen Nikki Lee, along with the Rincon Valley & Corona de Tucson Fire Departments, the Pima County Sheriff Department, U.S. Border Patrol, Military, the American Legion, local dancers and cheerleaders, and many more- culminating with a surprise band closing out the parade.
• Adventure Zone for kids of all ages, including virtual reality experiences, a flight simulator, face painting, balloon designs, and a petting zoo
• Tucson Dusty from the Roadrunner Hockey Team will be on-site for photos and family fun
• More than 140 local and regional vendors offering unique products, crafts, and services
