Join us for an exclusive cocktail class and spirits tasting presented by Tucson City of Gastronomy, Cola Blanca Bacanora and barbata! We will be joined by Jorge Arreola of Cola Blanca for a talk on Bacanora and its history, followed by a demonstration on how to process prickly pear fruit for cocktails. There will be a tasting of Bacanora, as well as a showcase of how it presents in cocktails. This is a one-night-only event: Thursday, August 20th starting at 5:15pm. $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
