Attendees will enjoy a six-course plated dinner crafted by Executive Chef Ramon Delgado, featuring California-inspired dishes paired with selections from Heitz Cellar, curated by Sommelier David Mills. The evening is designed to share the beauty and legacy of Napa Valley.

The dual concept comes from the team behind Talega Coffee Co., with coffee and scratch-made breakfast and lunch served during the day, followed by happy hour and bar service at night. Now, a year later, the Salvadoran food stand has grown into a food truck, a Central American market, and a gathering place for Tucson’s Latin American community. Stop by Asaditos Zulmyta for their grand opening and Central American Independence Day celebration on Sept 12th from 7-10pm! Enjoy free aguas frescas, specials, a DJ, and more.
