After attending the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy is thrilled to bring back the creativity and bold flavors of the event with a cooking class inspired by Chef Stephanie Izard—a celebrated culinary force and the talent behind Chicago and L.A. favorites like Girl & the Goat, Cabra, and Duck Duck Goat.

A James Beard Award winner, Top Chef champion, and crowned Iron Chef, Izard is known for her fearless flavor combinations and inventive takes on comfort food. This "Breakfast for Dinner" class invites students to recreate two of her standout dishes from the Aspen event.

Cooking Class Menu:

Entrée: This Little Piggy – a gourmet biscuit topped with homemade sausage (hands-on student cooking)
Side Dish: Disco Fries with Coconut Caramel Mayo (hands-on student cooking)

Students 21+ are welcome to bring wine, beer, or champagne to enjoy during class (please review Antsy Nancy’s BYOB policy for full details).

*It’s likely unnecessary but prudent to note that Izard will not be instructing or attending this cooking class. Likewise, neither Izard nor Food & Wine have endorsed or sponsored this class. The recipes featured are available online and Antsy Nancy does not take any credit for the creation of these recipes. Our objective is to improve our students culinary skills by emulating the highly regarded recipes of master chefs.
