Tyler Florence French Denver Sole and Bananas Foster

After attending the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Antsy Nancy is excited to offer a chef-inspired culinary class. This time drawing from the featured recipes of Tyler Florence, one of the Food Network’s most recognized personalities. With nearly three decades on television and a celebrated restaurant portfolio, Florence continues to define modern American cuisine.

In this hands-on cooking class, participants will recreate highlights from Florence’s Aspen session, including his famous Wayfare Tavern popovers and signature seafood and dessert dishes.

Cooking Class Menu:

• Appetizer: Popovers (chef demonstration)
• Entrée: French Dover Sole (hands-on student cooking)
• Dessert: Bananas Foster (hands-on student cooking)

Guests 21 and older are welcome to bring their own wine, beer, or other beverages to enjoy during the class (see BYOB policy for details).
