The Gastronomic Union of Tucson (GUT), a team of chefs from different Tucson restaurants, has partnered with Barrio Brewing Company to benefit Wings of Women at 1 – 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 3.
Wings of Women is a non-profit organization that serves homeless women and families in Tucson.
GUT is a collaboration of over 30 local chefs and food professionals that came together to create a culinary team of creativity, community engagement, and development within in the city.
In a way to show their support for the group, the GUT chefs are cooking up something special with samples of some of their most creative dishes.
Aside from all of the food samples at Barrio Brewing Company, you may as well grab yourself a tasty beer from Arizona’s oldest craft brewery, too.
You’re asked to either bring a monetary donation of at least $10 or an unwrapped gift.

More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. Since 2017, Matt has dabbled in the culinary world of Tucson as well as San Diego, California from time to time.
