PY Steakhouse at Casino Del Sol Resort is hosting a wine paring dinner with Rodney Strong Vineyards at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18.
The dinner will feature four courses creatively paired with five wines, plus a “welcome” glass of 2016 Rodney Strong Charlotte’s Estate Sauvignon Blanc to start things off.
Rodney Strong Vineyards is one of the pioneers of Sonoma County, California’s modern wine industry, with a history stretching back more than 100 years.
You can grab a seat for dinner at $75 per person.

First Course
- Butter Poached Scallop – with white polenta cake, chestnut veloute, shaved fenne, and caviar

More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating.
