Oh, it’s already fall. Well, Presta Coffee Roasters has launched three new seasonal drinks across its Tucson cafés, starting September 26.
Harvest Moon Returns
First, Harvest Moon offers a classic fall favorite. Baristas craft it with house-made pumpkin syrup infused with warming spices. Pair it with espresso or matcha for a cozy seasonal boost.
The Fig Stardust Introduces New Flavors
Next, The Fig Stardust blends hojicha’s earthy notes with the sweetness of fig and star anise. The tea latte comes hot or iced (editor’s note: I tasted all three and this was my favorite).
Grey Skies Reinvents a London Fog
Finally, Grey Skies puts a spin on tradition. It layers Earl Grey with cardamom, lavender, and vanilla bean syrup, paired with espresso. Guests may enjoy it iced with dairy-free cold foam or hot for cooler mornings.

The drinks are available at all three Presta locations: 501 E. 9th St., 2502 N. 1st Ave., and 100 S. Avenida Del Convento.
