Every now and again, an event pops up in the local culinary community that combines the best of both worlds. In this particular case, we’re talking about the world of sweetness and the world of beer.
Ten55 Brewing Company is teaming up with AZ Baking Company for a beer release party at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 3.
If you’ve already had the chance to taste treats from AZ Baking Company, you’re familiar with their use of heritage grains of the Sonoran Desert.
Now, they’ve collaborated with Ten55 Brewing to introduce the Mesquite Vanilla Porter. The new brew has been infused with the same Mesquite flour that AZ Baking Company and uses in their mixes, along with some vanilla beans, too.
It’ll be hitting the taps for a limited run on Sunday, October 3. Additionally, Ten55’s kitchen will be serving up ice cream sandwiches using the Mesquite Cookie Mix. Plus, to add some more sweetness to the event, AZ Baking Company will also be selling its cookie mixes at the brewery.
