Transit Tea is teaming up with the Culinary Graduate food truck for an evening of unique tea beverages and treats alongside local food from 5 – 8 p.m. on Friday, April 2.
All the fun is happening at Transit Tea’s midtown spot on 2645 E. Speedway Blvd.
Chef Kenneth Foy of Dante’s Fire will be serving up a variety of creations — known as “sexy grilled cheese” — and fries inside the Graduate food truck parked outside on the patio. On the inside, you’ll find that Transit Tea is offering its original tea sodas, tea lattes, and tea snow cones to wash it all down.
“When we decided to do this, Culinary Graduate was our first choice,” said Transit Tea’s owner Manish Shah. “Who doesn’t love grilled cheese, fries, and soda on a fabulous spring evening.”

Oh, and we can’t forget about the freebies.
The first 25 customers will receive a free 16-ounce tea soda, and as an added bonus, Transit Tea’s entire menu will be on a “buy one, get one” basis.
Transit Tea opened up on Speedway in February 2021 and serves tea-based beverages and reimagines the world of tea by serving tea sodas, tea lattes, and tea snow cones.

Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating.
