Join us on April 11 – April 12 for Agave Heritage Festival. We will be serving an agave-centric six course tasting menu. This menu will feature not only heritage crops and ingredients from the Southwest, but agave harvested here in Tucson.

In addition to the tasting menu, we will be offering a pairing featuring agave spirits by Sonoran producer Los Cantiles 1905.
