This Agave Week event will take place at Hacienda del Sol on Saturday, April 12th, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Attendees will enjoy a mezcal tasting paired with a curated five-course luncheon. The event will feature a special appearance by Gary Paul Nabhan, the recent James Beard Award winner for his book “Agave Spirits: Past, Present, and Future of Mezcals.” Each participant will receive a signed copy of the book. Slow Food of Southern Arizona, a local nonprofit, is organizing the event, and all funds raised will support their initiatives at Mission Gardens.
