Chef and Mixologist Jesús Alfredo Pérez Blanco from Hermosillo, Sonora, joins the Monsoon Room at Jo Jo’s for an evening of classic and contemporary cocktails highlighting the Sonoran region.

Jesús first participated in the Agave Heritage Festival in 2023 as the lead mixologist in a bi-national culinary experience and now returns to showcase his talents and passion for agave spirits, featuring La Gritona, NETA Artisanal Mezcal, and PM Spirits.

With an emphasis on heritage and simplicity, guests will enjoy neat pours and expertly crafted cocktails from one of the industry’s best.
