A conglomeration of some of Tucson’s most beloved chefs conspire for a feat of culinary alchemy to transform base ingredients into gustatory gold! Taking inspiration from junk food, TV dinners, and other throwbacks of kitsch food, the GUT chefs offer five courses of imaginative, playful, and magically delicious plates accompanied by a welcome cocktail and wine through the meal.
Course 1:
“Frozen Pizza” – Pizza Roll, A5 Wagyu Beef, Foie Gras Mousse, Balsamic Pearl
“Bagel Bite” – Focaccia, Whipped Burrata, Pineapple Trout Roe, Pepperoni + Hot Honey Crisp
Course 2:
“Potluck Shimp Ring” – Shrimp Tartare, Fennel, Orange, Smoked Olives, Avocado Mousse, Cherry Chipotle Ketchup, “Fish Stick”
Course 3:
“Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup” – Tomato Marble Bread, Tomato Bisque Foam, Mozzarella Ball, Basil Presentation, Bacon Butter Emulsion, Bacon Dust
