Tucson Presidio Museum welcomes baker Marea Jenness to teach a hands-on sourdough workshop. This hands-on workshop covers using sourdough starter and heritage White Sonora Wheat, guiding participants through dough preparation and baking a perfect loaf. Made with White Sonora Wheat All-Purpose Flour from Hayden Mills, the bread has a sweet, creamy texture.
Suitable for all skill levels, attendees will connect with fellow bakers, ask questions, and refine their skills. Each participant takes home a jar of starter, a loaf to bake at home, and a starter maintenance recipe. Register here.
