August’s R&D Dinner brings us to Agustin Kitchen in the Mercado District. Executive chef David Solorzano, who has led the kitchen since 2022, will craft a five-course tasting menu.
Solorzano will also appear at this month’s Desert Magic event, making this dinner a double treat for fans of his refined style.
