Heirloom Farmers Markets & Edible Baja Arizona To Host Viva La Local Food Festival

Heirloom Farmers’ Markets and Edible Baja Arizona will be hosting Viva La Local Food Festival: Celebrating Joyous Local Food that will include more than 80 farmers market vendors and over 50 local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. This will be an experience unlike any other featuring the unique flavors of Baja Arizona.

This tasteful event will be held on Sunday, April 6th from 9am – 5pm at Rillito Downs Park, located at 4502 N. 1st Ave.

Festival grounds will include performances from some of Tucson’s finest local musicians, chef and mixology demonstrations, and information on non-profit organizations and their involvement in building a strong foods economy. You’ll be able to sample food and drink creations prepared by local chefs and vendors as well.

Heirloom Farmers Markets are made up of local small businesses who sell items such as farm fresh produce, eggs, freshly baked goods, gourmet soups, and much more!

General Admission is FREE. For more information regarding the festival, visit their website at www.vivalalocalfoodfest.com, or Heirloom Farmers Markets at www.heirloomfm.com.
