CRUSH: Monday at the Museum

The Tucson Museum of Art will host Crush: Monday at the Museum on March 24th. Seminars will be held at 1:00pm and 4:30pm in the main lobby.

1:00pm: Chef Doug Levy of Feast

This seminar will include Latin inspired cuisine and wine pairings from Feast, along with a tour by Chief Curator Julie Sasse of Miradas: Ancient Roots in Modern and Contemporary Mexican Art Works from the Bank of America Collection. 

4:30pm: Chef Ryan Clark of AgustĂ­n Kitchen

This seminar will include first class railroad-inspired cuisine and pairings, along with a tour by Julie Sasse of Trails to Rails: John Mix Stanley and the Pacific Railroad Survey of the 1850s. Chef Clark, three-time Iron Chef winner, uses local, sustainable foods at AgustĂ­n Kitchen, located at Mercado San Agustin.
