Mama Louisa’s Italian Restaurant is whipping up a four-course wine dinner at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11.

Chef Michael Elefante has decided to play matchmaker and created four delicious pairings with unique Italian wines from Santa Margherita Wine.

While Mama Louisa’s is known for its homestyle classics such as Joe’s Special, Chef Michael Elefante’s background at the Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain prepared for him creating elegant modern dishes for multi-course meals.

Seats are $45 per person, including tax and gratuity.

Wine Pairing Dinner Menu

First Course
  • Antipasti – house-made meats, cheese, pickled and roasted vegetables, grilled casareccio bread
  • Paired with Santa Margherita Prosecco
Second Course
  • Beef Cheek Timbale – pomodoro sauce, buffalo mozzarella, hydroponic basil
  • Paired with Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio
Third Course
  • Duck Breast – farrow, Chianti and cherry demi, spinach and fennel salad
  • Paired with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico
Fourth Course
  • Raspberry and Rose Water Semifreddo
  • Paired with Santa Margherita Rosé
