You can depend on Don Pedro’s Peruvian Bistro to deliver a true Peruvian Independence Day celebration from 6 – 10 p.m. on Friday, July 28.

It’s the perfect event to celebrate Peru’s culture, and get your Peruvian fix with great cuisine.

To add to the festivities, Don Pedro’s Peruvian Bistro will be offering Peruvian music, raffles, a salsa bar, and specials on unique dishes they don’t usually serve on the food truck.

On the day of the event, you can find the food truck parked at 4107 S. 12th Ave.
