Jackson Bar + Eatery is hosting a beer pairing dinner with Barrio Brewing Company from 6 -8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8.

Chef Izaak Morhaim has selected four of Barrio Brewing Company’s signature brews to create a unique combination of local flavor within his upscale and casual cuisine.

The dinner includes Barrio Beach Ale, Barrio Citrazona IPA, Barrio Rojo, and Barrio Mocha Java Stout.

Tickets are $50 per person and need to be purchased in advance at Jackson Bar + Eatery. 

Seating to the dinner is limited.

Barrio Brewing Beer Dinner Menu

First Course
  • Charred Heirloom Tomato – with sour cucumber gazpacho
  • Paired with Barrio Beach Ale
Second Course
  • Grilled Merchant Garden Red and Green Leaf Lettuce – with citrus segments, pickled watermelon rind, chipotle pecans, and goat cheese tossed in Citrazona IPA vinaigrette
  • Paired with Barrio Citrazona IPA
Third Course
  • Mesquite Breaded Chicken Thigh – with Barrio cornbread, sauteed cholla buds, and grilled peaches
  • Paired with Barrio Rojo
Fourth Course
  • Three Wells Prickly Pear Cheesecake – with Mocha Java Stout pretzel crust
  • Paired with Barrio Mocha Java Stout
