Commoner & Co. will host a four-course wine dinner from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20.
On any given day, the east side restaurant serves modern comfort and new American cuisine, but this is an opportunity to taste it all perfectly paired with some great wine.
Seats are $50 per person, and you’ll want to make your reservations beforehand.

First Course
- Clams – with rhone white, lemon, tomato concasse, lavender, and Herbes de Provence

Second Course
- Chicken Thigh – with cauliflower and onion puree, pommes fondant, Rhone red oyster mushroom jus, and truffle oil

- Bourguignon – braised bone-in pork shank, Rhone red, and butter-braised pearl onions
