It’s another year in the bag, and Yellow Brick Coffee is throwing a celebration for its four year anniversary from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 5.

They’ve been at their South Dodge business location for four years now, which has earned the reputation of “coffee oasis.”

During the day, Yellow Brick will be cold brewing, hot brewing, and selling whole beans so you can cold or hot brew on your own.

This will be the first time to try their new single origin coffee release, along with cold brew ice cream floats, the Italian coffee-based dessert affogato, and flights of cold coffee brew if you’d like to try something new or different. Additionally, Yellow Brick will offer a special release of Cabernet barrel-aged coffee (barrel from Carlson Creek Vineyard).

If you’re hungry, there’s going to be house-made fresh fruit parfaits made with coffee blossom honey, and mini pastries from Pie Bird Bakery and Cafe.
