“Mister Bing’s Supper Club Experience” Musical Dinner Show at Hacienda Del Sol

Another round of R&B and soul is resurrecting the golden age of Hollywood right here in Tucson with Mister Bing’s Supper Club Experience.

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is teaming up with Mister Bing to host “The Supper Club Experience” from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 3.

The dinner show takes you back to the social tradition that spotlights music you can snap your fingers to, dancing, dinner, and a magic show in the Casa Luna Ballroom.

The hits of Ella Fitzgerald, Dionne, and Whitney Houston are being brought to your table from Crystal Stark, featuring Khris Dodge and the Music Makers.

Tickets are $99 per person if you’d like to enjoy the dinner and the show, or $39 for the show only.

Mister Bing’s Supper Club Experience Dinner Menu

Starter
  • Summer Berry Salad – Summer mix greens, berries, Danish blue cheese, candied walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette
Entree (choice of)
  • Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast – Mashed potatoes, haricot vert, carrots, chausseur sauce, and tomato relish
  • Grilled Salmon – Mashed potatoes, tomato confit, red onion jam, candied lemon zest, haricot vert, and carrot beurre blanc
Dessert
  • House-made Lady Finger – with mascarpone stout mousse, espresso truffles, chocolate sauce, coffee gelee, and stout whipped cream

At a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating. He grew up reading comics, the ingredients list of his shampoo and conditioner bottles, choose-your-own-adventure books, and the Scrabble dictionary — something he found useful when challenging his grandmother to a game.

He attended college at New Mexico State University and graduated with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. One of his favorite classes was screenwriting because he became responsible for the story’s birth before it came to life on-screen. After school, Matt took on numerous positions at a local television station in Tucson. From dealing out stories about heartbreak to producing “fluffier” content for a lifestyle broadcast, he learned what it takes to adapt to the many emotions the world of media can stir. Since 2017, Matt has dabbled in the culinary world of Tucson as well as San Diego, California from time to time.
