It’s been 25 years since four guys got together to bring Tucson a much needed seafood restaurant.

To help celebrate their anniversary, Kingfisher is bringing back its annual Summer Road Trip road trip beginning Friday, May 25. First stop: the Southwest.

This year’s menu Southwest menu was handcrafted by Kingfisher’s morning sous chef Richard de la Cruz and grill cook Matthew Schneider.

Desserts are brought to you by pastry chef Marianne Banes, and bartender Eric Smith is creating cocktails to wet your whistle.

Throughout their Summer Road Trip, the regular menu will be available, too, but take a glance at what’s to come.

  • June 19 – 30: California/Hawaii
