“Spanish Summer Night” Wine Dinner at Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery

Celebrate the food, wine, and music of Spain by traveling just south of Tucson into Arizona Wine Country

In Spain, having a glass of wine with friends is ancient tradition.

You can also play along in Arizona at Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery’s second annual Spanish Summer Night wine dinner from 5 – 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 21.

Experience wine country the way it was supposed to be seen with authentic paella, Spanish hors d’oeuvres, samples of new wine releases, and live music.

Tickets are $79 per person if purchased before June 30, and $89 a piece afterwards until the day of.

Your ticket includes food, up to eight tasting pours of Flying Leap premium white and red wines, and a souvenir 22-ounce Bordeaux-style wine glass, and entertainment.

Spanish Summer Night Dinner Menu

  • Paella – cooked over a citrus-wood and pine cone fire with a French baguette.
  • Tossed Salad
  • Spanish Hors D’oeuvres – fresh Manchego cheese, rustic hearth-baked breads, olive tapenade, jamón de Serrano, with Romesco sauce
  • Spanish Almond Cookies

Flying Leap grows four wine grape varieties that are indigenous to Spain, including Grenache, Graciano, Mourvèdre, and Tempranillo – all of which you can try at the vineyard.

TRUST Art & Design will be presenting a fine art show with colorful creations from Arizona artists, along with the enchanting music of DeGrazia will be performing Spanish string music and flamenco all through the night.
