Expect a little bit of this and a little bit of that from three local chefs and a massive menu of 15 courses

A meal for those with a hefty appetite and the urge to BYOB.

Pop-Up Tucson has returned for another course of mystery with a 15-course taco dinner dining experience at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 30.

This time around, chefs Jose Zavala, Riley Chandler, and Aidan Gould are creating five exotic tacos, five traditional tacos, and five bocaditas on handmade flavor infused tortillas.

Unlike some of the past pop-up dinner events, the menu has been revealed, but the location will remain a secret until you purchase tickets for the event.

Tickets are $100 per person and you are allowed to BYOB.

15-Course Taco Dinner Menu

First Course
  • Octopus Ceviche – with a garlic green onion tostada
Second Course
  • Rabbit Molida – with a saffron chorizo tortilla
Third Course
  • Watermelon – with pepino, chives, and tamarindo vin
Fourth Course
  • Poached Lobster – on a cilantro tostada with habanero mango pico
Fifth Course
  • Manzanita Sol Carnitas – caramelized apple on a sambal tortilla
Sixth Course
  • Basil Gazpacho
Seventh Course
  • Birria and Red Cabbage Slaw – with a rosemary tortilla
Eighth Course
  • Surf & Turf – crawfish and flank with lemon cajun tortilla
Ninth Course
  • Chile Verde Quinoa and Calabacitas – with a curry tortilla
Tenth Course
  • Ahi Tostada – with avocado puree, nori, and a wasabi tortilla
Eleventh Course
  • Baked Tamale – cotija and red chile sauce
Twelfth Course
  • Chicken Mole – with a mole tortilla
Thirteenth Course
  • Duck Asada – with grilled corn, cilantro, and a smoked corn tortilla
Fourteenth Course
  • Enchiladas – tortilla variety, chorizo, queso oaxaca, and prickly pear
Fifteenth Course
  • Churro Taco – cinnamon sugar crispy taco with horchata ice cream
