Orin Swift wines is stopping by Fleming's with a variety of flavors to add to the table

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is hosting a four-course wine dinner with Orin Swift wines from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 24.

Orin Swift was founded in 1998 and was first grown, crushed, and fermented out of St. Helena, California, but is now distributed all over the nation.

The steakhouse is crafting a prime example of why steak is compatible with some of Orin Swift’s boldest and most diverse wines available, as if you needed any convincing.

Seats are $105 per person.

Appetizer
  • Prosciutto ad Gruyere Lavash – with apricot balsamic jam and smoked chile lavash
  • Paired with Slander 2016 Californian Pinot Noir
First Course
  • Peach Panzanella Salad – fresh peaches, smoked chili croutons, campari tomatoes, goat cheese, and pistachios
  • Paired with Blank Stare 2017 Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course
  • Portobello Mushroom Ravioli – sautĂ©ed mushrooms, demi-glace sauce, and fried leeks
  • Paired with Machete 2016 Red Wine
Third Course
  • Prime New York Strip Frites – prime New York strip, roasted tomatoes, and garlic
  • Paired with Palermo 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon
Fourth Course
  • Key Lime Tart – served with house-made chantilly cream
