Thunder Canyon Brewstillery's beer is taking a trip to the casino as PY Steakhouse whips up a perfectly paired dinner.

One beer per course and an extra to get the evening started.

PY Steakhouse at Casino Del Sol is hosting a four-course beer dinner with Thunder Canyon Brewstillery from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 12.

Like all of the delicious beer dinners, the menu will feature five of Thunder Canyon Brewstillery’s brews, including the Sky Island IPA and their sour, yet smooth Good Berry.

Seats are $65 per person. (Editor’s Note: We’re giving away two seats  head over to Instagram to get in on the action.)

Welcome Beer
  • Deep Canyon Amber (Red Ale)
First Course
  • Beer Boards – House charcuterie, cheeses, beer nuts, pickles, mustard, and bread service
  • Paired with the Good Berry (Sour)
Second Course
  • Seafood Michelada – shrimp, scallops, sea bass, cilantro, cucumber, Clamato, and house saltine
  • Paired with the Sexi Mexi (Lager)
Third Course
  • Grilled Petite Filet – mustard whipped potatoes, braised greens, hop flower butter, and demi
  • Paired with the Sky Island IPA
Fourth Course
  • Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake – vanilla-malted ice cream, cajeta, and cocoa crumb
  • Paired with the Dark Lightning Milk Stout
