Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House Grand Opening August 11

The time has come for this brewery to show Tucson how much more it's capable of.

(GMT-07:00)

New location, slightly different name, and the same great tasting beer.

The Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House grand opening party for their new downtown location will take place from 11 a.m. – midnight, Saturday, August 11.

On top of the classics many have already gotten their hands on, the brewery will unveil new brews, all while executive chef Ivor Cryderman serves up their full menu of 15 locally-sourced sausages from Forbes Meat Company.

The sausages range from traditional Polish styles and bratwurst to unorthodox rabbit, venison, and vegetarian sausages. If sweeter treats are your thing, Ema Peterson of Beer Geek Bakery is also serving her signature beer-centric baked goods during the grand opening.

To get the kegs rolling, a special guest will pour the first pint, so make sure to get there early to find out who it is.

Once you’ve grabbed a drink, take a moment to admire the interior design. The 3,880-square-foot space between 6th Avenue and Scott Avenue is a sight to be seen, as it keeps the building’s historical integrity with exposed brick walls and wooden beams.

Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House is located at 110 E. Congress St. For more information about the grand opening, Ten55 Brewing Company on Facebook
