Bacon & Mead Pairings to Pig Out On at 1912 Brewing Company

December 21, 2018

Another holiday is sneaking its way into your plans before the year ends.

(GMT-07:00)

In honor of National Bacon Day, 1912 Brewing Company is throwing a bacon and mead pairing party from 1 – 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 30.

It may be an unofficial holiday, but who’s really keeping track?

The celebration, which is not to be confused with International Bacon Day (another reason to celebrate in September), will feature bacon by Daniela’s Cooking and regional mead from Superstition Meadery.

If mead isn’t your cup of tea, don’t worry about it because all of 1912’s beer will be on hand as well. However, the brewery is offering flights of mead that’ll be perfectly paired with the crispy bacon being fried up right outside.

As an added bonus, and to make sure you’re spending your National Bacon Day accordingly, they’ll be offering extra bacon to throw into your Michelada.

1912 Brewing Company is located at 2045 N. Forbes Blvd. Ste. 105. For more information, call (520) 256-4851 or visit 1912 Brewing Company’s Facebook Event Page.
