Two years calls for new beers.
Dillinger Brewing Company is kicking off another year with an anniversary party from noon – 10 p.m. on Saturday, February 2.
The brewery opened back in December 2016, so it’s not their official birthday, but it’s all because they’ve been letting a few things brew for the grand celebration.
One of the beer releases is the Maple Mania Imperial Maple Porter, which comes canned in a pack of four. It’s got a slightly sweet taste and was brewed with 150 pounds of freshly farmed maple syrup out of Vermont.

Another way to wet your whistle is with their BA Funky Saison. The beer is bottled after spending nine months in a Malvasia white wine barrel — creating interesting depth and flavors.
Dillinger has also whipped up an Imperial Stout called the Del Bac Aged Bennu Approach. It was aged in a Whiskey Del Bac Dorado Mesquite Smoked barrel, and that one’s going to be on draft.
Aside from the new beer releases, there will be live music from 6 – 8 p.m. by James Mills, and food available all day from the Substance Coffee Diner food truck.
Dillinger Brewing Company is located at 3895 N. Oracle Rd. For more information, call (520) 207-2312 or visit Dillinger Brewing’s Facebook event page.
