If you’ve got the need to knead — look no further.
No matter what skill level, The Garden Kitchen is calling all bakers for a hands-on bread baking class from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27.
The Garden Kitchen is hoping to create a bit of inspiration during the class while everyone learns the proper mixing techniques, kneading, and other vital information to make your own delicious bread at home.
In order to work with the dough, you’ve got to hand over a little dough.
It’s $55 per person and that also includes lunch and all of the bread you bake.
All proceeds from these classes go towards The Garden Kitchen’s free programming. It’s also used to inform others to make healthier choices through food, fitness, and gardening education.
The Garden Kitchen is located at 2205 S. Fourth Ave. For more information and to register to class, visit thegardenkitchen.org.
