Leave class with the skills to create the specialty at home.

(GMT-07:00)

It’s a possibility you’ve eaten it at Italian restaurants around town several times, but now’s your chance to make Eggplant Parmigiana on your own — with a little guidance, of course.

Cuisine Classique Cooking School is offering Basics of Italian Cooking: Eggplant Parmigiana from 6:30 – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23.

At the head of the class, Mardi Burden will be teaching you to prepare the classic and especially delicious Italian specialty. You can’t forget the sides and dessert, though, right?

In addition, you’ll learn to make a Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Appetizer, Tomato Salad with Mediterranean Vinaigrette, Zucchini Ribbons, and conclude the meal with a Chocolate-Filled Puff Pastry.

Seats to the class are $59 per person.

Cuisine Classique Cooking School is located at 1060 W. Magee Rd. For more information, visit cuisineclassique.com.
