Several meatless options at this limited event.

(GMT-07:00)

Desert Island Eatery is throwing a Vegan Soul Food event for a limited time from Saturday, April 27 – Sunday April 28.

Many think of family when the thought of soul food arises, and that’s one of the reasons Desert Island Eatery came to fruition. The restaurant began as a conversation between Jamillia Joseph and her mother back in 2015.

Craving barbecue cuisine, but want everything besides the meat? The meatless and vegan event will be serving that and more with enough Sweet Tea and Lemonade needed to wash it all down.

Each of the items are individually priced and will be available until they run out — which is expected to run out quickly.

Take a peek at the menu to get your hunger revved up.
