“Dinner with Chefs” at PY Steakhouse: October Edition (MENU) with cocktail pairings

There’s only a few more to catch before the end of the year.

Casino Del Sol’s PY Steakhouse continues the monthly “Dinner with Chefs” series from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8.

This month, executive chef Ryan Clark is teaming up with the Bar Director of Little Rituals, Aaron DeFeo, and each of the three courses served will be paired with some of his favorite cocktails.

Tickets range from $75 to $125 per person, and you can call (520) 324-9350 to make reservations.

Dinner with Chefs October Menu

Welcome Drink
  • Siroco Spritz – LR white port “aperitif”, cucumber, and sparkling wine
First Course
  • Blue Crab Bisque – (First of the Season) with Brandy, Fennel, and Orange Oil
  • Paired with the Odd Duck – St George Pear Brandy, Dolin Vermouth, local honey, lime, and fennel bitters
Second Course
  • Short Rib Rigatoni – with Stuffed Ricotta, Broccoli Rabe, Smoked Onion, Black Truffle Espuma
  • Paired with a Cask of Amontillado – Amontillado Sherry, Lustau Brandy de Jerez, Amaro Meletti, Yellow Chartreuse, and LR Saffron Bitters
Third Course
  • Classic Creme Brulee – Vanilla Bean, Doc’s Whiskey, and Raspberry Gel
  • Paired with the Country Bumpkin – Fig-Infused Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Yalumba Museum Muscat, walnut, brown butter, and a whole egg
