“A Fresh Taste of Fall” comes to the menu at Kingfisher (MENU)

A fresh menu to coincide with the season.

We’re all witnessing it. The sun is easing up a bit and it’s cooling down outside.

However, the kitchen is heating up at Kingfisher as it dishes out its “A Fresh Taste of Fall” menu throughout the month of October.

Chef Jeff Azersky has updated the lunch and dinner menus at the restaurant, using an impressive selection of dishes to help you slide your way into the holiday season. One significant addition to the menu is the Bluefin Heath Bar Cheesecake, which was originally found at Bluefinthe sister restaurant to Kingfisher that closed in 2015.

Plus, there’s an epic return of certain dishes that’ll keep some of Kingfisher’s regulars satisfied. A few of those getting another shot on the menu is the Warm Cabbage Salad, Bouillabaisse, and Braised Lamb Shank.

A Fresh Taste of Fall Menu

Oyster Bar
  • Gulf of Mexico Oysters – half dozen on the half shell (Market Price)
  • Grilled and Chilled Gulf Shrimp – half dozen ($15)
  • Seasonal Oysters – half dozen on the half shell (Market Price)
  • House Smoked Ruby Trout – red onion jam, hot mustard, and croutons ($12)
  • Bay Scallop and Rock Shrimp Ceviche Agua Chile – charred tomatillos, cucumber, lime, red onion, cilantro, and warm tortilla chips ($15)
  • Oyster Bar Tasting – oysters, grilled shrimp, smoked ruby trout, ceviche, and condiments ($27)
Appetizers
  • New England Clam Chowder – with oyster crackers ($7.50)
  • White Bean, Roasted Mushroom, Red Pepper Soup – with parsley pesto ($7.50)
  • Seasonal Mesclun Greens – with Kalamata olives ($7)
  • Traditional Caesar Salad – anchovy, sourdough crouton, and parmesan ($8)
  • Baby Spinach and Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad – green apple, gold beets, pumpkin seeds, and white balsamic vinaigrette ($11)
  • Pan-Seared Shrimp Cakes – lemon fresh horseradish aoili and Sriracha ($11)
  • Kingfisher’s Warm Cabbage Salad – red and green cabbage, spiced pecans, bacon, gorgonzola, caraway, and balsamic ($11)
  • Fried Calamari – hosuemade Napa kimchi, pickled daikon, sesame seeds, and fish sauce vinaigrette ($13)
  • Baked Oysters Rockefeller (five) – spinach, shallots, Pernod, and parmesan ($16)
  • Steamed Littleneck Clams – garlic, white wine, fresh herbs, and sweet butter ($16.50)
  • Steamed Black Mussels – Sriracha, fish broth, and sweet butter ($15.50)
Main Dishes
  • Macadamia Nut Crusted Hawaiian Fish – lemongrass butter sauce, Texmati rice, sautéed spinach, and fried sweet potato chips ($25)
  • Grilled Whole Ruby Trout – green apple, pecans, bacon, charred tomato vinaigrette, wild rice pilaf, and roasted brussels sprouts ($23)
  • Pan Seared Scottish Salmon – Marcona almond romesco, fried leeks, fennel parmesan risotto, and sautéed spinach ($27)
  • Grilled Sea Bass – lemon thyme aoili, gold beet scallion salad, roasted potatoes, butternut squash, and rainbow Swiss chard ($28)

  • Kingfisher Burger – (choice of) bacon, cheddar, gorgonzola, roasted peppers, caramelized onion, shoestring fries, and slaw ($17)
  • Grilled Full Rack Baby Back Ribs – prickly pear barbecue sauce, slaw, and shoestring fries ($30)
  • Grilled 12 ounce New York Strip– Kingfisher compound butter, horseradish mashed potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts ($33)
