HUB Restaurant & Creamery and Barrio Brewing Company are hosting a five-course dinner from 6 – 9 p.m on Monday, October 28.
Other than the great food popping out of the HUB’s kitchen and the classic brews from Barrio Brewing, the setting of the dinner is worth mentioning — the lovely downtown Tucson.
Within the five courses you’ll have the familiarity of flavors, but there’s also going to be new dishes for you to devour.

HUB & Barrio Brewing Dinner Menu
First Course
- Bread and Butter – Housemade Barrio Brewery yeast sourdough bread and whipped butter
- Paired with Barrio Tucson Blonde
Second Course
- Aguachile – Scallops, shrimp, Arizona citrus, pineapple, chili guajillo, and coconut milk
- Paired with a Barrio Beach Brew Michelada
Third Course
- Lamb T-Bone – Barrio Copperhead marinated lamb, quail egg, steel cut oat risotto, goat cheese, red chimichurri, mint yogurt, and freeze-dried blueberry
- Paired with Barrio Copperhead Pale Ale
Fourth Course
- Duck – Coffee-rubbed smoked duck breast, sweet potato, baby purple carrots, escabeche, and mole blanco
- Paired with Barrio Nolan’s Porter
Dessert
- Raspado – Prickly Pear, Tamarind, HUB vanilla bean ice cream, and concha
- Paired with Taylor Jayne’s Raspberry Ale
