Weekly dinner to feature delicious bowls of ramen
A weekly pop-up may be a cure for your midweek hunger.
Geronimo’s Revenge is teaming up with Thunder Canyon Brewery for a pop-up dinner from 5 – 9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15.
Recently, Geronimo’s Revenge has been working with the brewery to host weekly meals, and this week’s main dish is their housemade ramen.
It’s made with maize noodle and is served in your choice of a Tucson-style hominy broth, a mushroom broth, or tossed in a creamy elote sauce. Each dish is $13 and good luck making a decision.
However, no matter what you end up choosing it’ll go down nicely with Thunder Canyon’s Sexi Mexi Mexican Lager.
Pop-Up Dinner Menu
- Tucson Ramen – housemade maize noodles, slow simmered hominy and pork broth, ancho brisket, soft sous vide egg, cabbage, pickled onion, cilantro, and chiltepine oil
- Mushroom Miso – housemade maize noodles in a mix of fresh and dried mushrooms, yellow miso broth, tofu, cabbage, picked onion, cilantro, and chiltepine oil
- Elote Noodle – housemade maize noodles, tossed in a sweet corn cream sauce, topped with tajin, green onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime, and chiltepine oil
